Установил KIS 2011 на Win7, активировал пробник на 30 дней, а антивирус отказываетсяр работать (точнее не хочет совмещаться с системой, а в режиме совместимости не работает), вот переписка со службой техподдержки:

скачал на сайте лаборатории Касперского KIS 2011 версия 11.0.1.400 активировал пробную версию, но данный продукт дает сбой в работе с соей операционной системой, точнее после загрузки и активации пробной версии антивируса, после следующего включения компьютера, операционная система дает сбой (синий экран). Моя операционная система Windows 7 Ultimate.
При установки антивируса в режиме совместимости операционная система загружается нормально, но анивирус выдает сообщение, что не удалось включить некоторые компоненты защиты. При выполнении обновления программа выдает сбой при обновлении.
Сбои в работе: файловый антивирус — код ошибки 80000070, контроль программ — ошибка инициализации, проактивная защита — код ошибки 8000006В, контроль программ — ошибка инициализации, мониторинг активности — неопределенная ошибка, защита от сетевых атак — неопределенная ошибка, обновление — недостаточно прав для выполнения операции, сетевой экран — ошибка инициализации.
Прошу сообщить, что делать и как все это исправить…

— поддержка продуктов оказывается только в период, определенный действующим лицензионным соглашением с конечным пользователем (End User License Agreement). — у меня хоть и пробная, но все таки лицензия! (во всяком случае мне было так указано Вашими специалистами).
— состав стандартных сервисов поддержки продуктов определен Списком базовых услуг по Технической поддержке (а это в том числе и бесплатный ответ на обращение по телефону или через Интернет по обнаруженной ошибке функциональности продукта, в том числе и при установке ПО Лаборатории Касперского, по обнаруженной уязвимости в продукте, по функциональности продукта, по получению обновлений баз антивирусных и антиспам сигнатур, а также баз сетевых атак.
исходя из вышеизложенного, Вы сами нарушаете свои же правила поддержки!

Добрый день! Есть ит инфраструктура, домен и сервер администрирования kaspersky security center 13. Не раздается ключ на рабочие станции. В логах вижу такую ошибку:

Для установки ключа самозащита не нужна, в смысле не влияет это. Может вам ключ какой то кривой прислали ?
