Нашел (временное) решение. Без особых танцев и впринципе работает. Сделайте в настройках управления именно так:
(Маленькое пояснение — если хотите сделать выбор в ЛЕВОМ направлении(компас ИЛИ Левый выбор -_-) нужно ЗАЖАТЬ! Кнопку F если хотите обратный(правый) H . На Qte свои кнопки. По сути вы можете подстроить эти кнопки под себя… Удачи.

Когда появился кружок, надо нажать левую кнопку, появится курсор, а потом курсором успеть навести на кружок и нажать. Сам тоже не мог понять что делать, пока видео не посмотрел на ютубе.

Мышь хоть и прилипает, но с геймпада все прекрасно выбирается; новая проблема появилась: как только берёшь что-то осмотреть, герой тут же кладёт на место предмет.
P.s. Сейчас пошарился по настройкам, врубил значки кнопок от dulshiock (с него и играю), и управление утихомирилось, резкость стала нормальная

Дружище, ты с каламбуром своим ошибся местом, тебе в срачевальни дорога. А что касаемо принятых решений — я лишь трактовал вариант, который сработал, причём с этими действиями я прошел игру без проблем, а вот помогло это другим, или нет, это уже другая история. Конфиги систем у всех разные, на каждом железе игра может повести себя как угодно.

Что-то вообще квестовое управление стало. В первой части все ок было. Кто знает как можно убрать эту убогую стрелочку? Вообще ни к месту…

Ребят, такая проблема играю на PC через dualshock v2, после пролога зажимая X при любом раскладе игра начинает проседать, низкий фпс, рывки кадров, при этом звук идёт нормально, если отпустить, картинка догоняет звук, есть какие-нибудь решения, перепробовал с вкладкой графики и управлением, ничего не помогает, а играть на мышки сами знаете как по верхним коментам.

Еще как вариант попробовать свернуть игру, и затем развернуть, мне тоже помогло после перезапуска игры.
Только что сюжет завершил — молодцы ребята, виден прогресс в сравнении с первой частью, правда в конце один момент не понравился, но то уже другая история

Короче, этот баг у большинства, играть получается только на МЫШКЕ или с Падом -_- ммммдаааааа, такого косяка я еще не видел(когда вкурил в это и решил перепройти момент с пожаром- игра послала меня наааааа из-за ее уматового авто-сейва, который решил что я уже ПРОШЕЛ тот момент), самое что смешное- когда был разговор с персонажами и QTE на пройти тихо комнату — это работало отлично, НООО наступил момент после аварии и я тупо не мог сделать выбор стрелки на компасе ибо мышка улетела в угол(до этого мог) -_- …игра казалась хреновей Медана, теперь в нее просто нормально играть не возможно еще оказывается. В игре 55 ГБ, вот какой срани там на 55 ГБ??? Отличные текстуры?-Нет, Отличная анимация?-Нет… там все посредственное, но даже такую мелочь как УПРАВЛЕНИЕ, они умудрились убить…

Решение проблемы, на геймпаде, запуск игры через стим оверлей, shift+tab настройки управления, движения левого джойстика(тригера). Вывод -правый джойстик. Выход сохранить, радоваться жизни.
