Что означает код U0100?
Ошибка U0100 — «потеря связи с блоком управления двигателя ECM/PCM».
Блок управления двигателем (ECM) — это компьютер, отвечающий за управление двигателем. Блок управления двигателем взаимодействует с другими блоками управления автомобилем по шине обмена данными. Эта шина называется сетью контроллеров (CAN) и позволяет всем модулям взаимодействовать друг с другом.
Есть две шины CAN: CAN High и CAN low. CAN High — имеет высокую скорость передачи данных 500 Кбит/сек. CAN low — с низкой скоростью передачи данных с 125k бит/сек. Физически это экранированная витая пара. На конце каждого канала данных находится согласующий резистор.
Блоки управления обмениваются данными по шине CAN между собой. Код ошибки U0100 означает, что PCM не может отправлять или принимать сигналы связи по шине CAN.

Частые причины ошибки U0100
Код DTC U0100 вызван, как правило, одним из следующих факторов:
- Неисправный ECM
- Проблема с проводкой модуля управления
- Проблема с шиной CAN
Как диагностировать и устранять ошибку U0100
Предварительная проверка
Просодическое появление ошибки U0100 может быть вызвано разрядом или неисправностью аккумулятора. Очистите ошибку и проверьте, вернется ли код. Если это произойдет, то следующий шаг — визуальный осмотр проводки. Опытный специалист может визуально выявить, обрыв проводов или отсутствие контакта. Если источник проблемы найден, то неисправность должна быть устранена, а код ошибки удален. Если ничего не обнаружено, необходимо проверить бюллетени технического обслуживания (TSB). TSB — это рекомендуемые производителем транспортного средства процедуры диагностики и ремонта. Поиск соответствующего бюллетеня может значительно сократить время диагностики.
Проверьте аккумулятор
Прежде чем приступить к диагностике, необходимо убедиться, что батарея полностью заряжена. Для функционирования блока управления двигателем необходим соответствующий источник питания. При необходимости зарядите или замените батарею.
Проверьте наличие других кодов неисправностей
Если связанные коды ошибок сохранены для нескольких различных блоков вероятно, проблема связана не только с блоком управления двигателем, но и с CAN шиной. В этом случае диагностике перейдет к проверке CAN шины. Шина должна быть проверена на отсутствие короткого замыкание на землю и по питанию. Проверка целостности CAN шины производится через диагностический порт с помощью цифрового мультиметра (DMM). Подключив мультиметр к контактам CAN High и CAN Low диагностического порта можно обнаружить обрывы, замыкания и высокое сопротивление в шине CAN.
На каждом конце шины CAN имеется два терминирующих резистора. Если один из них выйдет из строя, шина будет продолжать работать. Однако, если они оба выйдут из строя, шина отключится. Целостность резисторов проверяется путем измерения их сопротивления. Для этого к диагностическому порту подключается цифрового мультиметра (установлен на измерение сопротивления цепи). Нормальное показание составляет около 60 Ом.
Проверьте PCM
Для диагностики работоспособности блока управления двигателем используется диагностический сканер ODB II. Сканер подключается к диагностическому порту автомобиля. После подключения к автомобилю сканер становится еще одним модулем в сети и обменивается данными по сети.
Если ECM не реагирует на действия сканера, то необходимо выяснить причины. Проводка блока управления (ECM) должна быть полностью проверена перед тем, как утверждать, что блок неисправен. Для проверки целостности проводки и блока управления используется цифровой мультиметр (DMM). Если в цепи обнаружен обрыв или короткое замыкание, необходимо устранить неисправность. Тогда проблема может быть исправлена.
Если все признаки указывают на неисправность ECM, то перед заменой блока управления двигателем необходимо проверить его программное обеспечение. В некоторых случаях при обновлении прошивки блока управления он будет работать корректно. Если это не дает никаких результатов, то блок управления необходимо заменить.
Примечание к ошибке U0100
Диагностика ошибки U0100 осуществляется при включенном зажигании, необходимом напряжении в бортовой сети автомобиля и правильной конфигурации других ключевых блоков.

Какой дилер, если не секрет?
Съездил 5-й раз на диагностику к официалам, уже с горящей ошибкой stabili track. (машину пришлось не глушить.) Выявили ошибку U0100-71, неправдоподобные данные от ECM. Прошивки ECM и EBCM последние. На мой вопрос «что это?», я получил ошеломляющий ответ «а мы не знаем, надо звонить в GM». Может кто знает что за ошибка такая? Такое впечатление, что просто не хотят ремонтировать по гарантии.
два дня назад стоял на светофоре. на зеленый немного докаснулся до газа (одно колесо попало на лед) сработала стабилизация и понижение мощности с ним всегда значек «двигателя» выскакивает и машина затухает в мощности. Такое было пару раз когда одним колесом попадал в кашу и на лед. В этот раз значек двигателя помигал и стал просто гореть. Машина стала дергаться, обороты скакать. После проехал километров пять до дома и оставил машину до сервиса, Сегодня в сервис своим ходом доехал на 20км/ч. Машина завелась, как трактор обороты низкие, тарахтит и дергается. В итоге на ОД сказали, что не работает один цилиндр т.к. полетел блок зажигания и какой-то датчик, , свечи не смотрели, но я заранее их все равно купил. Как будут менять блоки, попрошу их тоже заменить. Пробег 40000 1,6 атмосферная автомат.
ехал с семьей в другой город , растояние примерно 250км , на улице — 37 , после преодоления больше половины пути при скорости 120км ч выскакивает ошибка системы стабилизации, загорается ESP и начинает мигать чек, одновременно машина начинает дергаться, на газ давишь не набирает обороты и все. Ну думаю дотяну, благо все пропало само сабой прямо на ходу. Но через пару минут опять началось. ну и недоезжая до конца своего маршрута 40 км на очередном подъеме в горку машинка отказалась ехать вообще даже на первой скорости и заглохла. На улице — 37 ,короче неприятно мне совсем стало, время ночь в машине маленький ребенок. Короче первым делом поймал машину (благо ктото еще ехал) и отправил родню свою до города, сам позвонил товарищу что бы выручил и стал ждать. Начал заводить , завелась на пару секунд и все, снова давай заводить и завелась, работала нестабильно 500 оборотов еще и колбаст всю машину как будто два цилиндра неработало совсем. Ну короче не стал глушить а то замерз бы насмерть, ждал товарища, пока его ждал обороты нормализовались чек и все остальное потухло. Короче дождался товарища постоли почесали репы над мотором хамерзли все и решили попробовать своим ходом ехать а он замной. Ну и в итоге сам доехал без проблем . Н а утро на диагностику — ошибок нет. вот и хрен знает что то было. Вообще стало боязно на ней теперь куда нибудь далеко ездить с такими глюками. Я на двенашке своей в любой мороз и на любые расстония небоялся ездить никогда не подводила блин обидно. И еще че так тупо ошибки в опеле выскакивают , явно были пропуски в цилиндре а загораетс ESP. Тупо както , неужели нельзя что бы нормально писались ошибки. Блин опять же на двенахе все ошибки проговаривались компом полностью и все было понятно, тут же блин загорается ТО значит термостат, загорается ESP — это судя по форуму вообще все подряд значит хрен поймешь
у меня происходит подобное после снятия с электроручника блокируется заднее правое колесо и высвечиваются эти же сообщения. не ставлю на ручник ничего подобного не происходит..буду на т.о.пусть разбираются с ручником
После замены блока зажигания попросил сразу поменять свечи (на всякий случай. в подобной теме писали что пложие свечи могут быть причиной выхода его из строя) Все свечи выглядат так

Вот и еще такая же фигня случилась, опять на улице — 37, опять ошибка и дерганье,на этот раз опять с трудом доехал . чек продолжал гореть заехал на диагностику в итоге ругается датчик кислорода, и пишет о пропусках зажигания в цилиндрах. Ладно поменяли свечи ну думал все но опять то же самое . я вот что заметил в городе при такой температуре воздуха машинка ездит без ошибок, как только выезжаешь на трассу и набираешь 110 км/ч начинается опять все заново!! так вот мастер мой знакомый предположил что колектор,который стоит прямо спереди около радиатора, вместе с датчиком кислорода неуспевает нагреваться когда едешь 110 и выше, при наружней температуре -37 на это и реагирует датчик кислорода я так понимаю обедняя смесь , а раз он ее обедняет начинаются пропуски в цилиндрах. Короче проверил опытным путем так же разогнался минут 10 ехал 120, как и ожидал выскочила та же самая ошибка, остановился, двигло не глушил накрыл двигатель утеплителем, перед коллектором то же утеплитель втыкнул, в итоге чек погас спустя 1 минуту и машинка поехала. при чем на таких же скоростях но ошибка не выскакивала. Вывод боится машинка таких морозов, надо утеплять срочно. Кстати при замене свечей (пробег 45000) оказалось что зазор на всех уже 2 и более мм, и прогоревшие электроды на всех, так что выкидываем регламент замены свечей на 60000 и меняем в срочном порядке.

Коды неисправностей Опель Астра J
В помощь владельцу машину оснастили системой самодиагностики, которая следит за работой каждого из приборов. На актуальное состояние указывают коды ошибок Опель Астра J.
Эти номера могут отличаться в зависимости от типа двигателя — бензинового или дизеля. А также от модификации трансмиссии — автоматической или механики. Подробную расшифровку на русском языке можно ниже.
Опель Астра: ошибки на панели приборов и их обозначение
Способ считывания кодов, и их расшифровка в авто, выпущенных за период 2002-10 годов не менялись.
- В — кузовная система;
- С — подвеска и ходовая;
- Р — двигатель, коробка передач, датчики и электроцепи;
- U — цифровые модули.
Второй знак в виде цифры указывает на специфику неисправности. Третий — на тип поломки. А последние два — на порядковый номер проблемы.
Код можно просмотреть на табло, но для считывания некоторых из них потребуется специальный сканер, который позволяет просмотр ошибок на экране.
Ошибка P0011
Выявляется после смены ремня газораспределительного механизма. Она высвечивается из-за неправильных фаз распределения. Для устранения неисправности надо провести диагностику правильности установленных валов, совместив метки на коленвале и распредвале. Иногда причину стоит искать в неправильной работе электромагнитных клапанов.
Ошибка P0014 — Opel Astra J
Код 0014 связан с поломкой электромагнитных клапанов фазовращателей распредвалов мотора. Решают проблему чисткой контактов. Если это не помогло — заменяют клапаны вместе с шестеренками распредвалов. Появление ошибки часто сопровождается сложностями в запуске мотора.
161400 — неисправность
Говорит о проблемах связи между чипом в ключе и иммобилайзером. Иногда возникает из-за установки сигнализации с автозапуском двигателя. Требуется проверка батарейки в ключе и системы связи в иммобилайзере.
Ошибка 161600
Свидетельствует о неверно идентифицированной СИМ. Обычно причина кроется в неисправности CAN-шины.
Ошибка 59761
Частое явление после замены антифриза. Говорит о зависании клапана управления его подачи. Устранении состоит в замене элемента, если зависание наблюдается действительно.
Сервис ЕСП Опель Астра J: что за ошибка
Она же С1226 или ошибка ABS, горит на дисплее вместе с чеком, если электроцепь контроллера температуры хладагента теряет рабочие характеристики. Неисправность состоит в том, фактические и нормативные показания расходятся, из-за чего мотор машины не способен выйти на рабочую температуру и потребление топлива увеличивается, при том, что его мощность остается низкой — то есть он не тянет. Часто при этом троит двигатель. Без замены контроллера не обойтись.
Опель Астра робот: ошибка Р1723
Говорит о нарушениях в работе электроцепи, отвечающей за АКПП. Необходима проверка контактов и целостности проводки.
Ошибка Р1734
Возникает при проблемах с роботизированной трансмиссией и требует детальной диагностики со стороны специалиста.
Ошибка F: не заводится
Связана с проблемами в работе коробки передач. Если авто не заводится — появление надписи error сигнализирует о необходимости менять щетки изотроника. Причин может быть несколько, поэтому требуется профессиональная диагностика для выяснения проблемного звена, делать ремонт своими руками не рекомендуется. На авто с МКПП практически не проявляется.
Ошибка 170000: что значит
P1700 говорит о неправильном формировании горючей смеси в цилиндрах мотора. Необходима диагностика отвечающих за это элементов, в частности датчика массового расхода воздуха — при появлении P0170 именно он может требовать очистки.
Код U0100
Говорит об отсутствии связи с модулем управления мотором.
Неисправность 000970
U0009 70 говорит о нарушении связи между модулями управления. Причина появления, кода 0970 может быть в плохом контакте, но если это не так, потребуется замена одного из них.
Код U0121
Свидетельствует о поломке шины данных. В результате есть опасность отказа ABS при движении по гололеду.
Астра J: ошибка P1101
Говорит о неисправности клапана вентиляции воздуха на впуске. Если появляется код 1101, нужно проверить залипания в одном из положений. Иногда возникает из-за повреждения клапана, который нужно заменить.
Ошибка 011014
Говорит о проблемах, возникших у турбо датчика температуры всасываемого воздуха. Обычно бывают из-за поломки фиксатора регулятора.
Код ошибки P0171
Сообщает о недостаточно обогащенной топливной смеси. Частая причина состоит в неисправности мембраны вакуумного усилителя тормозов, из-за которой образовался подсос воздуха в силовой агрегат. Важный признак поломки — отчетливые звуки при работе. Устраняется заменой вакуумного усилителя.
Ошибка 210111
Свидетельство неисправности дросселя и его мотора. Заслонка не должна залипать, поэтому проверяют именно ее. Для решения проблемы, заменяют или смазывают двигатель заслонки.
Ошибка P0017
Неверное положение коленчатого и распределительного валов. Требуется диагностика датчиков обоих узлов, а также проверка целостности шестеренок.
Ошибка 62104
Свидетельство неправильного напряжения в сети машины. Дополнительным является активация чека и работа индикатора разряда аккумулятора. Причина кроется в окислении контактов или поломке электропроводки. Ткже виновными могут быть неполадки с диодным мостом генератора.
Код U0073
Говорит о прекращении передачи данных по шине микропроцессора. Проверяют целостность всех проводов, подключенных к блоку и если нужно заменяют.
P0420
Говорит о поломках катализатора. Требуется диагностика и замена.
Код P0302
Ошибка относится к семейству кодов 0300, свидетельствующих о пропусках зажигания в одном из цилиндров двигателя. Последние цифры кода обозначают гильзу, в которой это происходит. Проводится диагностика расходометра воздуха и кислородного контроллера, воздушного фильтра. Сломанные элементы меняют на новые.
210300
Неисправность в электроцепи привода дроссельной заслонки.
В руководстве пользователя указан, как код неверного ID, полученного от электрического блока управления рулевой колонкой. Проверяют модуль и качество связи с ним. Причина проблемы может заключаться в повреждении проводов.
Stabilitrak — ошибка
Проблемы в датчике зажигания. Единственный способ решить — заменить на новый.
P0700
Комбинация 0700 обозначает общую неисправность в работе коробки передач. Для получения точной информации о неполадках потребуется детальная диагностика агрегата. Надо проверить работу блока управления КПП, а также провода и датчики, подключенные к нему.
B1405
Сообщает об отсутствии сигнала обратной связи с клапаном ЕГР. Требуется детальная проверка устройства и его замена при необходимости.
U0140
Связь с блоком управления кузовом пропала.
P1405 — ошибка
Сообщает об отсутствии сигнала обратной связи с клапаном ЕГР. Требуется детальная проверка устройства и его замена при необходимости.
003608 свидетельствует о плохой работе подогревателя лямбда-зонда. Причина может крыться, в повреждении электропроводки и устройства. Проверке подлежат кислородные датчики.
111261 — ошибка
Проблемы с напряжением, поступающим на датчик измерения воздуха на впуске. Нужно с помощью мультиметра узнать рабочий параметр на проводах. Появление кода 1112 может быть связано с выходом из строя контроллера.
Неисправность P0141
Говорит об обрыве на электроцепи нагревателя контроллера кислорода. Основное внимание стоит уделить предохранителю, отвечающему за устройство.
36504
Свидетельствует о поломке датчика коленвала мотора, которая может быть вызвана:
- неисправностью устройства;
- засорением контактов в колодке;
- повреждением проводов электроцепи;
- проблемами в работе ЭБУ.
Отключают от контроллера проводку и чистят разъемы. Частое загрязнение связано с местонахождением датчика в моторном отсеке.
P0335
Говорит о пропавшем сигнале с датчика коленвала или неправильном считывании. Причина кроется в засорении контактов или поломке устройства.
Код 048106
Цепь управления вентилятором охлаждения радиатора неисправна. Пропеллер может работать и отключаться, когда нужно перейти на усиленный рабочий режим. Для устранения ошибки надо проверить:
- Мотор электровентилятора и заменить его в случае выявления неисправности.
- Целостность проводки и ее изоляции, заменить в случае потребности.
- Очистить, в случае необходимости, колодку.
- Предохранители и реле.
Ошибки 006800
Говорит о неисправности дроссельного узла из-за чего наблюдаются скачки холостых оборотов и растет расход горючего. Требует замена пластиковой крышки.
070405
Свидетельствует о проблемах с круиз-контролем. Нужно проверить весь узел, особенно электронный блок управления. Могут быть неисправности рулевых электроконтактов.
Ошибка P1191 — дизель
Датчик давления в топливном баке не функционирует должным образом. Необходимо проверить его работоспособность.
Код неисправности U2105
Говорит об отсутствии связи с CAN-Bus шиной. Явный признак, что пришло время устроить диагностику электроники машины.
13001
Указывает на выход из строя первого лямбда-зонда. Нужно детально проверить работу кислородного контроллера и поменять его при необходимости.
65070
Говорит о неисправности трансмиссии. Появляется из-за поломки в ЭБУ коробки передач. Требуется проверка целостности проводки.
Ошибка U2103
Говорит об отсутствии связи с CAN-Bus шиной. Требуется ее обследование.
Ошибка 013004
Говорит о проблемах в работе контроллера распредвала. Требуется диагностика контроллеров и замена сломанных.
068304
Свидетельство неисправности электроцепи свечей накала. Необходимо проверить и поменять проводку.
13601
Говорит о неисправности электроцепи датчика кислорода. Проверяют целостность проводки.
13611
Свидетельствует о плохой работе датчика кислорода Astra J. Причиной может быть его поломка и повреждение кабелей. Проверьте лямбда-зонд и проведите чистку контактов.
13604
Свидетельствует о неисправности датчика кислорода. Проверьте состояние электропроводки.
Код ошибки 212052
Говорит о том, что датчик положения педали акселератора требует диагностики. Возможно неправильное отношение сигнала.
Ошибка 1N5P
Пришло время провести техническое обслуживание машины.
Ошибка подушки безопасности
Ошибка: машинка с ключиком
Индикатор называют чеком. Он горит при появлении любой неисправности. После устранения надо отключить минусовую клемму аккумулятора авто на 10 минут.
Ошибка: концевика сцепления
Имеет код 1607 и при ее появлении требуется проверить узел сцепления, особенно щетки, которые быстро изнашиваются, а также контакты. Неисправные детали подлежат замене.
Как проверить ошибки на Астре
Существуют два основных способа. Первый предполагает использования педалей тормоза и газа при самодиагностике. Код появляется на дисплее. Второй требует использование сканера — только так можно прочитать номер, указывающий на неисправность цифровых модулей, ходовой и кузова.
Опель Астра: считать ошибки педалями
Неисправности типа Р можно проверить с помощью выжимания педалей тормоза и газа. Для этого, в случае если машина оснащена МКПП, выполняются такие действия:
- Выжимают одновременно обе педали.
- Вставляют ключ в замок зажигания и активизируют его без запуска мотора.
- Код ошибки появляется почти сразу.
С 2012 года иная процедура считывания ошибки установлена для авто с АКПП:
- в замок зажигания вставляют ключ и активируют его без включения мотора;
- выжимают педаль тормоза и не отпускают;
- рычаг коробки передач переводят в положение D;
- отключают зажигание и отпускают тормоз;
- одновременно нажимают на тормоз и газ;
- активируют зажигание без пуска мотора;
- ждут появления ошибки на дисплее.
Педаль газа выжимают в пол, в то время, как тормоза — со средним усилием. Это важно помнить каждому водителю.
Опель Астра J: сброс ошибок
Чтобы скинуть неисправности — выполните следующую процедуру:
- отключить систему зажигания;
- нажать на кнопку сброса суточного пробега и дождаться появления в течении 3 секунд на экране индикации интервалов техобслуживания;
- нажать на педаль тормоза;
- включить зажигание;
- дождаться появления на экране моргающей надписи InSp с кодом.
Исчезновение надписи будет означать, что удалось убрать не только код ошибки, но и она исчезла из памяти бортового компьютера.

ну по описанию сбоит датчик нижнего лотка… достать, посмотреть контакты, чем и как он на форматер идет…
вообще бы желательно знать, отчего вдруг начала появляться ошибка? что то делалось может с аппаратом? может было замятие и т.п.?

данную модель не ковырял, но посмотрел бы все таки датчик который срабатывает в ошибке… он не оптический случаем там? не запылен? и если есть в другом месте аппарата похожий, то перекинь, посмотри измениться ли ошибка в аппарате?

Вы меня не поняли… на самом аппарате поищите похожий.. зачастую датчики регистрации в аппаратах одинаковые как на ручной подаче так и на нижнем лотке… поменяйте местами и про наблюдайте ошибку… если ошибка та же — то не в датчике дело и стоит копать в сторону форматера… если же изменилась, то оптопару (или чем он там реализован) под замену…

ну по описанию сбоит датчик нижнего лотка… достать, посмотреть контакты, чем и как он на форматер идет…
вообще бы желательно знать, отчего вдруг начала появляться ошибка? что то делалось может с аппаратом? может было замятие и т.п.?

данную модель не ковырял, но посмотрел бы все таки датчик который срабатывает в ошибке… он не оптический случаем там? не запылен? и если есть в другом месте аппарата похожий, то перекинь, посмотри измениться ли ошибка в аппарате?

Вы меня не поняли… на самом аппарате поищите похожий.. зачастую датчики регистрации в аппаратах одинаковые как на ручной подаче так и на нижнем лотке… поменяйте местами и про наблюдайте ошибку… если ошибка та же — то не в датчике дело и стоит копать в сторону форматера… если же изменилась, то оптопару (или чем он там реализован) под замену…

Сообщения на панели управления
На сенсорный экран панели управления выводится информация и подсказки по поиску и
устранению неисправностей. При возникновении условия ошибки или предупреждения на
сенсорном экране отображается сообщение. На сенсорном экране также может
отображаться анимированное изображение, указывающее на местоположение проблемы,
например, застрявшей бумаги.
Проблемы, при которых работа принтера полностью прекращается, обладают связанными
кодами неисправности. Эти коды помогают точно определить, в какой подсистеме
возникла проблема. В любое время можно извлечь данные о текущих неисправностях, а
также историю неисправностей.
Просмотреть перечень сообщений о неисправности, которые отображались на принтере,
можно следующим образом.
1.
Нажмите кнопку Статус аппарата.
2.
На сенсорном экране выберите вкладку Сбои.
3.
Нажмите кнопку Текущие неисправности, Текущие сообщения или
История неисправностей.
4.
Нажмите кнопку Закрыть.

Устранение общих неисправностей
В данном разделе приведены процедуры поиска и устранения неисправностей. Некоторые
неисправности можно устранить перезагрузкой принтера.

Принтер не включается
ВНИМАНИЕ:
Подключите трехжильный шнур питания (с контактом заземления)
напрямую к заземленной розетке сети переменного тока. Не используйте сетевой
разветвитель. При необходимости обратитесь к квалифицированному специалисту,
чтобы установить розетку, заземленную надлежащим образом.
Возможные причины
Решения
Выключатель питания находится в
неправильном положении.
Выключите принтер с помощью выключателя питания
на нижнем центральном лотке. Подождите две
минуты и снова включите принтер.
Убедитесь в том, что основной выключатель питания,
расположенный под передней крышкой принтера,
находится во включенном положении.
Шнур питания неправильно вставлен
в розетку.
Выключите принтер и надежно вставьте вилку шнура
питания в розетку.
Неисправна розетка, к которой
подключен принтер.
Включите в розетку другой электрический прибор и
посмотрите, будет ли он работать.
Попробуйте другую розетку.
Принтер подключен к розетке,
напряжение или частота тока в
которой не соответствуют его
техническим характеристикам.

Note: This article assumes that you are using paper within specifications for the printer, and that all trays are loaded correctly.
Step 1: Remove Jammed Paper From Tray 1

Step 3: Replace the Paper Feed Roller
NOTE: The images in this procedure are for demonstration purposes only and may not specifically match your printer model; colors, icons, and other minor differences may exist.
Step 1: Remove Jammed Paper From Tray 1
- Remove any paper from the Bypass Tray.
- Grasp both sides of the Bypass Tray, then pull it straight out of the printer.
- Pull out Tray 1 until it stops.
- To remove the tray, lift the front of it slightly, then pull it out of the printer.
- Remove the jammed paper.
- Remove any crumpled paper from the tray and any remaining paper jammed in the printer.
- Tray 2 (optional)
- Fuser
- Single-Pass Duplex Automatic Document Feeder (DADF)
CAUTION: To avoid possible injury, do not touch any sharp edges inside the device.
NOTE: Single-Pass DADF is only available on the MFP, not available on the SFP (printer-only) model.
- Insert Tray 1 into the printer, then push it in all the way. If the tray is extended for legal-size paper, the tray protrudes when it is inserted into the printer.
- Insert the Bypass Tray completely into the printer.
- When paper trays are set to Fully Adjustable, you are prompted to verify or change the paper settings.
- To confirm the same paper size, type, or color, touch OK.
- To select a new paper size, type or color, touch the current setting, then select a new setting. When finished, touch OK.
- To return to the Home screen, press the Home button.
- Try your job again. If the problem persists, continue with the next step.

Step 2: Power the Printer Off then On
CAUTION: Do not plug or unplug the power cord while the printer is powered on.
- At the printer control panel, press the Power/Wake button.
- To power off the printer, touch Power Off.
- If the printer does not respond to a single press of the Power/Wake button, then press and hold the button for 5 seconds. A Please Wait message appears as the printer powers down. After 10 seconds, the touch screen goes dark and the Power/Wake button flashes until the printer powers down.
- To power on the printer, press the Power/Wake button.
- Try your job again. If the problem persists, contact Support for additional assistance.

ну по описанию сбоит датчик нижнего лотка… достать, посмотреть контакты, чем и как он на форматер идет…
вообще бы желательно знать, отчего вдруг начала появляться ошибка? что то делалось может с аппаратом? может было замятие и т.п.?

данную модель не ковырял, но посмотрел бы все таки датчик который срабатывает в ошибке… он не оптический случаем там? не запылен? и если есть в другом месте аппарата похожий, то перекинь, посмотри измениться ли ошибка в аппарате?

Вы меня не поняли… на самом аппарате поищите похожий.. зачастую датчики регистрации в аппаратах одинаковые как на ручной подаче так и на нижнем лотке… поменяйте местами и про наблюдайте ошибку… если ошибка та же — то не в датчике дело и стоит копать в сторону форматера… если же изменилась, то оптопару (или чем он там реализован) под замену…

Коды ошибок
Коды ошибок — это шестизначные числа, выводимые на панель управления при
возникновении ошибки. Такие ошибки включают в себя неверные задания печати и
неисправности принтера.
Коды ошибок являются важной информацией, указывающей на причины ошибок. При
звонке в сервисный центр или к вашему дилеру у вас должны быть подготовлены
записи кодов ошибок.
В следующей таблице перечислены коды ошибок, которые могут быть устранены
пользователем. Если отображается код ошибки, то проверьте, нет ли его в
следующей таблице.
Следующие коды ошибок перечислены в возрастающем порядке.

Блок термического закрепления тонера (фьюзер) может быть установлен неправильно или
неисправен.
Выключите принтер и откройте переднюю крышку, потянув на себя рычаги освобождения
передней крышки («А»).. Проверьте, что рычаги с обеих сторон блока закрепление тонера
надежно зафиксированы, и затем включите питание принтера.
Если снова показан этот же код ошибки, то обращайтесь в ваш сервисный центр или к
вашему дилеру.

Податчик листов (опцонный) неправильно установлен в принтере. Выключите питание
принтера, проверьте, что податчик листов правильно установлен в принтере, и затем снова
включите питание.

В данной таблице предоставлены коды сброса ошибок популярных моделей аппаратов разных производителей. В левой колонке указана модель аппарата, в правой — метод сброса. Для большинства моделей данной фирмы вход в сервисный режим одинаков — удерживая «0» включить агрегат.
Другие способы входа в сервисный режим
Xerox 5845, 5855 | Либо включить аппарат с одновременно нажатыми кнопками [Прерывание] и [2] либо на включенном аппарате нажать и удерживать эти кнопки более 2 сек. Если аппарат неисправен — вход осуществляется кнопками [Прерывание] и [5], с ограничением функций (последовательно появляющиеся сообщения о неисправностях сбрасываются двойным нажатием клавиши [Стоп]). Далее аппарат запрашивает четырёхзначный код доступа: это либо 8765 (по умолчанию), либо последние четыре цифры счётчика копий в обратном порядке (если счётчик копий показывает 01234567 — код входа 7654). |

Этот счетчик тоже можно сбросить, если печка в порядке: (2+6), вкл. питание, дождаться «IOT?», не позднее 5 сек. после появления «IOT?» нажать (0+5) и держать до появления сообщения о сбросе «Reset Complete. Please Reboot». Выключите и включите принтер. Рекомендация: все же лучше не просто сбрасывать счетчик, а устанавливать набор, в который входят фьюзер в сборе, ролик переноса, ролики подачи (6 или 15), протирочная салфетка |

Сброс сообщения «Нет тонера» после заправки — есть два варианта: 1. Поставить в паз на передней части картриджа предохранитель на 1/16А (0.0625А), при первом же включении аппарат пережгёт предохранитель и сообщение сбросится. Известны случаи, что работало и с предохранителем до 0.5А; но если МФУ предохранитель не сможет сжечь, будет ошибка CRU FUSE ERROR, которая уходит после установки более слабого предохранителя. 2. Через сервисное меню: для входа в сервисное меню 4216/PE16 набираем на клавиатуре : [menu] — [#] — 1934 — [menu], (для 4016/4116 — [menu] — [upper level] — [Стрелка влево] — [Стрелка вправо] — [upper level] — [enter]). После входа в сервисное меню появится надпись TECH; с помощью клавиш [Стрелка влево] — [Стрелка вправо] находим запись «New cartridge», выбираем «Yes». Для выхода из сервисного меню просто выключаем и включаем МФУ (или для 4216/PE16 набираем на клавиатуре [menu] — [#] — 1934). |

НИКОГДА не используйте никаких других диагностических кодов и процедур, потому что это может привести к непредсказуемым последствиям.
Имейте в виду, что сброс ошибки не гарантирует вас от всех остальных бед, поэтому при первой же возможности завезите копировальный аппарат в сервисную фирму, чтобы там удалили отработку, произвели необходимую чистку и регулировки.

Description
Tray 1 Miss Feed Jam/ Option Regi On Jam After a paper was fed from Tray 1, it did not reach the Registration Sensor.
Causes
• Turn Roller Assembly, PL 2.2.1 • Feed Roller Clutch, PL 2.2.8 • Tray 1 Feed Roller Kit, PL 2.2.99 • Registration Sensor, PL 5.1.3 • Bypass Tray Turn Roller, PL 5.1.8 • Turn Roller Clutch, PL 5.1.9 • Paper Handling Motor (P/H Drive Assembly), PL 11.1.19 • MCU PWB, PL 12.1.15 • Paper Jam Sensor, PL 15.2.3 • Feeder PWB, PL 15.2.3
Remedy
1. Check the installation of Tray 1. Is Tray 1 installed properly?
Go to step 2.
Reinstall Tray 1. 2. Check the paper transport path. Is there any debris found on the paper transport path? Remove the debris from the paper transport path. Go to step 3. 3. Check the installation of the Feed Rollers. Are the Feed Rollers installed properly? Go to step 4. Reinstall the Feed Rollers. 4. Check the Feed Rollers. Are the Feed Rollers deformed or worn out? Replace the Feed Rollers. Go to step 5. 5. Check the Registration Sensor operation. Perform DC330 Component Control [071-102] to check the operation of the Registration Sensor. Is the Registration Sensor operating normally? Go to step 6. Go to Registration Sensor. 6. Check the Turn Roller Clutch operation. Perform DC330 Component Control [071-016] to check the operation of the Turn Roller Clutch. Is the Turn Roller Clutch operating properly? Go to step 7. Go to Turn Roller Clutch. 7. Check the Feed Roller Clutch operation. Perform DC330 Component Control [071-015] to check the operation of the Feed Roller Clutch. Is the Feed Roller Clutch operating properly? Go to step 8. Go to Feed Roller Clutch. 8. Check the Paper Handling (P/H) Motor operation. Perform DC330 Component Control [071-009] to check the operation of the P/H Motor. Is the P/H Motor operating normally? • When the Optional Tray is not installed, replace the MCU PWB. • When the Optional Tray is installed, go to step 9. Go to Paper Handling Motor. 9. Check the Paper Jam Sensor operation (Tray 2). Perform DC330 Component Control [071-125] to check the operation of the Paper Jam Sensor. Is the Paper Jam Sensor operating normally? Replace the MCU PWB. Go to Paper Jam Sensor.
