Xerox Phaser 7760
Xerox Phaser 7760 при загрузке выдает сообщение «сбой датчика автономного управления желтым тонером» потом то же самое с малиновым тонером и на перезагрузку. Менял чипы, картриджи, ничего не меняется. Даже если достать картридж и барабан, то же самое происходит. Кто подскажет, где «копать»?

Никакое слово в сообщении не пропустили? Перевести язык меню на английский и прочитать то же в англоязычном оригинале — можете? С вебморды глянуть лог ошибок можете?

доюрый день. действительно сообщение выглядит немного по другому, а именно : сбой датчика элемента автоматического управления желтым тонером. и сразу малиновым. Язык не могу поменять так как из 30-ти попыток только два раза вошел в меню языков ито на 1 секунду, сбрасывает. по той же причине не могу ни драйвер поставить, ни вэб загрузить. единственное что , в сервисное меню удалось войти не несколько секунд и попробовать посбрасывать счетчики. А так же удалось посмотреть коды ошибок 009-381 и 009-380. но картриджи я менял, не помогает. где-то что-то на уровне начального тестирования глючит.

все что смог пробовал. или не прошло или не помогло, трудно сказать. аппарат все время перезагружается.

Не понял ответа. Там не надо «всё», там надо только одно. Но сначала, все-таки, разберитесь с причиной циклической перезагрузки.

так где смотреть? я уже даже не знаю. контакты внутри уже все проверил. наверно какая-то плата сдохла.

Судя по вашему посту — смотреть в сторону ближайшего серьезного сервис-центра) Начал было писать про проверку блока питания, но потом понял, что суета будет втуне)

В принципе я и есть серви-центр, просто больше по НР работаем. Вот и ищу совета по xerox что бы не терять время и деньги. так как ксероксовые сервис-центры в нашей стране — отстой. ни одну проблему серьезную не решают, а деньги дерут не малые.

Если «я и есть ремонт» — дополнительные подсказки вам не нужны. Аппаратные причины циклических ребутов у подавляющего большинства брендов одни и те же. Времени (и, соответственно, денег) вы и так потеряли тут почти целую неделю.

2. Выделите Service Tools и нажмите ОК.
3. Одновременно нажмите кнопки [↑] и [↓], чтобы войти в Скрытое Сервисное Меню.
4. Выделите Run Service Diagnostics и нажмите ОК, чтобы войти в Сервисные Диагностики.
5. Выделите NVRAM Access и нажмите ОК.
6. Выделите Clear Tech Rep Faults и нажмите ОК.
7. Выделите Link Code(s), который нужно сбросить и нажмите ОК.
Бывает, что ошибки прописываются в памяти NVRAM.
Для дальнейшего использования принтера, нужно сбросить NVRAM.

Вопрос:
На дисплее аппарата высвечивается «Обнаружена ошибка в элементе автоматического управления желтым тонером» код ошибки 009-380. Аппарат полностью при этом заблокирован вплоть до входа в меню.
Ответ:
Если нет доступа в меню, то Вам необходима помощь сервисного инженера! Но, вообще ошибку можно сбросить через меню диагностики. Зайдите в меню Troubleshooting — Service Tools — Printer Status Page menu, зажмите одновременно клавиши Вверх и Вниз, выберите в меню Run Service Diagnostics и нажмите OK, затем перейдите в меню NVRAM Access — Clear Tech Rep Faults.

The Yellow ATC Sensor detects a low TC (toner concentration).
Initial Action
- Check that Toner/Developer is present.
- Check the Yellow ATC Sensor for contamination. Ensure that the sensor is seated correctly.
NOTE:
To clear this fault, enter Component Control and set the value of NVM location 752-109 to 0.This can be caused by many things. I’ve seen broken Drum contacts from improper drum installation causing Developer bead carryover. Toner dispense motor assy’s failing. Developer Housing failure. DVHVPS failure.

Клиент заказал у нас тонер картридж для Xerox 3345. Когда он его заказывал, уточнял — точно ли этот картридж будет работать. Мы в свою очередь поинтересовались у него историей принтера. Он сказал что сейчас там оригинальный картридж. Сказал что их системщик звонил в Xerox и они продиктовали ему какой то «код» и по словам системщика это было необходимо сделать. Мы решили что все это странно и обещали что в любом случае решим это.
Когда картридж приехал, клиент его забрал и … очень скоро вернулся. С принтером. Принтер не работал. Я точно не помню ошибку, но что то типа «установите тонер картридж». Я подкинул ему оригинальный чип с нулевым остатком. Принтер его увидел. Из этого я сделал вывод что по железу там все в порядке. И тут я вспомнил что недавно читал у нас на форуме про версию прошивки, которая работает только с оригиналами. Я решил что это наш случай. Договорились с клиентом о прошивке принтера.
Получил с принтера отчет и скинул для заказа прошивки. А мне в ответ вопрос: какой счетчик у драм -картриджа? Смотрю по отчету: 0. Интересно. Я точно помню что драм картридж по ресурсу был более половины. Смотрю уже на самом принтере, там 65%. Скачал еще одну прогу для получения отчета. Там тоже самое, счетчик 0.
Мне сказали с нулевым драмом не прошьется и я не стал заказывать прошивку. Стал разбираться. Пробовал залить оригинал следующую версию. Не прошивается. Пробовал поменять чип драм-картриджа. Все равно ноль. Остался последний вариант — программатор. Был у меня пара дампов, но оба не проверены. Один вроде как пролеченный, второй оригинал. Не с одним из них у меня принтак не завелся (но это другая история). Полез я искать дамп. И нашел очень интересную информацию. Каюсь. Ничего об этом не слышал. Ну как не слышал? Никогда не сталкивался. А инфа мне попалась про тарифы. Там же я нашел инфу по смене тарифа.
Глянул у себя. 
По тарифам я нашел такую инфу (кратко):
Sold, Metered
«SOLD/ Regular» — You own this machine. No Contract. No DMO/Dmoso.
«Metered» — Cost per Copy, Renting Machine, Contract with Xerox
Стало понятно почему принтер не хочет работать с этими картриджами.
Тариф Metered встречается у принтеров и МФУ Xerox Phaser 3330 WC-3335/3345. Xerox продает оригинальные расходные материалы через официальные дистрибьюторские сети сбыта.
Для тарифа Metered используются специальные картриджи 106R03625, которые не поставляются в обычные магазины. Аппараты на этом тарифе используются обычно банками и другими подобными организациями. Кроме тарифа Metered, есть так же тариф Sold. Обычно он используется в странах СНГ, если клиент купил принтер просто в магазине.
Для тарифа Sold используются картриджи 106R03621 и 106R03623, парт-номер картриджа можно проверить через меню принтера или же веб-интерфейс.
Metered — Стоимость за экземпляр, контракт с Xerox;
Sold — машина продана и принадлежит вам, аппарат без контракта;
Тариф можно поменять. Заливается через сервисное меню. При этом сбросятся ВСЕ настройки. Вот архив для смены тарифа на SOLD.

После смены тарифа в отчете стал корректно отображаться счетчик драм картриджа. Принтер «увидел» картридж.
Определить какой тариф у вашего принтера можно несколькими способами. Распечатать отчет, если принтер печатает. Программой типа printhelp. Или посмотреть в инфо принтера какие там указана расходники.
На панели управления МФУ кнопка «Статус аппарата», далее «Расходные материалы», далее «Тонер-картридж». Смотрим информацию о парт-номерах тонера-картриджа которые используются именно в этом аппарате:
Парт-номера 106R03621 и 106R03623 — МФУ нашего региона , план обслуживания Sold. Соответственно такую расходку и надо заказывать.
Если парт-номера 106R03622 и 106R03624 — то это аппарат для Европы.
А принтак я так и не прошил. Необходимость отпала сама собой.
14.10.21 Upd. В итоге клиент решил прошить сабж. Прошивка прошла успешно.
Предупреждение! Самостоятельно сброс счетчиков выполнять не рекомендую, пожалуйста обратитесь в сервисный центр по ремонту печатающей техники.
Для того чтобы зайти в сервисное меню Xerox Workcentre 3345, вам необходимо зажать две кнопки на лицевой панели, кнопку ключа и кнопку решетки. После этого вам необходимо ввести четырехзначный код: 1934 и нажать на сенсорном экране кнопку Start.
После этого на сенсорном экране выбираем Service Information — dc135HSI и сбрасываем значения Fuser Unit Roll Life Page или Transfer Roll Life Page или T1Retard Roll Life Page в зависимости от того, на чем у вас превышения счетчика. Для это необходимо на сенсорном экране выбрать кнопку Reset.
Просмотр сообщений об ошибках и уведомлений на панели
управления
При возникновении ошибки на панели управления отображается сообщение с
информацией о проблеме. Сообщения об ошибке уведомляют пользователя о
состояниях принтера, которые не допускают печать или приводят к ухудшению
показателей печати. Если происходит более одной ошибки, на панели управления
отображается только одно сообщение об ошибке.
Просмотр списка текущих ошибок на панели управления:
1. Нажмите кнопку Статус аппарата, затем нажмите вкладку Активные сообщения.
2. Выберите меню Неисправности и предупреждения, затем выберите нужный
пункт.
• Неисправности: в этом меню показаны сообщения об ошибках, которые
негативно сказываются на работе принтера, а также соответствующие коды
ошибок.
• Предупреждения: в этом меню показаны уведомления, касающиеся текущего
состояния работ, а также соответствующие коды уведомлений.
Просмотр статуса работы на панели управления
Просмотр текущих или сохраненных работ на панели управления:
1. На панели управления принтера нажмите кнопку Статус работы.
2. Чтобы просмотреть список выполняемых работ нажмите Выполняемые работы.
3. Чтобы просмотреть список личных и защищенных работ нажмите Личные и
защищ. работы.
4. Чтобы просмотреть список завершенных работ нажмите Выполнен. работы.
Использование интегрированных программных средств для
устранения неисправностей
В данный принтер встроен комплект отчетов, которые можно распечатать. Два
таких отчета — демонстрационная страница и отчет о сообщениях об ошибках —
могут помочь в устранении некоторых проблем. Изображение на распечатанной
демонстрационной странице показывает текущие возможности печати принтера.
Отчет о сообщениях об ошибках содержит информацию о последних ошибках
принтера.

Устранение проблем
Отправили документ в печать, а Xerox 3335 / 3345 выводит сообщение об ошибке «Устраните несоответствие бумаги лотка 1»? Тогда ознакомьтесь с материалом, чтобы найти решение!
Во время включения аппарат делает попытку распечатать файл, однако операция терпит неудачу из-за несогласования размера бумаги с настройками. Для устранения проблемы предусмотрен следующий алгоритм: очистка очереди печати, а также отключение функции автоматического выбора формата бумаги для PDF.
Шаг №1. Очистить очередь печати на Xerox 3335 / 3345
Возьмитесь за лоток 1 и извлеките его, потянув на себя.
При необходимости отрегулируйте боковые ограничители согласно размеру расходного материала, загружаемого в лоток.
Задвиньте лоток принтера до упора.
Как только на экране появится запрос о настройке бумаги, нажмите кнопку «Подтвердить».
Выполните цепочку действий, чтобы удалить неудавшиеся задания печати. Информация — Задержка: требуются ресурсы — Удалить.
Нажмите кнопку «Режимы» на панели управления принтера. Затем в правом верхнем углу щелкните на символ «Предупреждение».
Как видно, ошибки на соответствие формата бумаги больше нет. Аппарат в готовности.
Шаг №2. Отключить настройку автоматического выбора формата бумаги для PDF
Xerox 3335 / 3345 использует различные форматы бумаги во время печати. Чтобы в будущем избежать ошибки «Устраните несоответствие бумаги лотка 1», необходимо применять конкретные параметры для отдельной работы. Поэтому в настройках принтера следует отключить функцию «Выбирать формат бумаги как в PDF».
