ZClient — это основной файл проекта ZLOEmu, без него ничего работать не будет!
ВНИМАНИЕ!
Добавьте папку ZClient в исключения антивируса и/или защитника, так как он выдает ложно-положительную реакцию на файлы клиента и удаляет их.
Так происходит потому, что DLL библиотеки упакованы. Доверьтесь нам или начните писать свой эмулятор.
Во избежание проблем в точности и без исключений выполните следующую инструкцию:
- Скачайте сам ZClient.
- Разрешите ZClient выход в интернет.
- Запустите ZClient, нажмите «Принять сертификат» в появившемся окошке.
- Авторизируйтесь в окне ZClient при помощи логина и пароля от сайта ZLOEmu.
- При необходимости ZClient обновится до актуальной версии.
- Если всё прошло успешно, вы получите сообщение в ZClient: «Успешная авторизация как…».
На этом установку можно считать завершенной.

После обновления 11.05.2021 клиент BF3 перестал запускаться а именно игра закрывает через 5/10 сек после запуска, до обновления такого не было все уже переставил, на винду и антивирус не грешу т.к обновы отрублены дефендер отключен под корень, сам сборщик пк и в софте шарю, уже все перепробовал все перестало работать именно после обновления лаунчера 11 числа, переставил и сервисы и лаунчер и игру саму толку 0.
Hi there. I’m having issue regarding bf3 multiplayer while i login and start launcher. when i click to join any server, nothing happens.
Issue started yesterday after update in ZClient. I tried to play but I couldn’t. meanwhile i saw a video on youtube and deleted my registeration file, which comes in .dlf form. after that I start getting INVALID TOKEN ERROR on my launcher when i try to play game. DGR01609245.dlf is file i use. (probably this id is associated to a different player). so, issue is,
1> in LICENSE folder if i keep that file (DGR01609245.dlf), I can start game for some seconds and then it says INVALID TOKEN 3 15-1.
2> If i remove that file, it doesn’t let me start game.

PS: for this file name, DGR01609245 < if it associates to a specific player, I know my own 6 digit number, which shows up if i login normally, (in past).

Are there any servers on zlo for assignment unlocking of BF3?
If there are none, then can anyone help me setup a server for assignment unlocking. I know how to start a server but I don’t know how to setup a server for assignment unlocking (server commands).
При заходе на сервер очень часто возникает такая ситуация:
Подключаешься на сервер, открывается процесс игры, после того как пропадает Joined Server, процесс игры также завершается с таким логом:
StateChanged State_GameRunning
StateChanged State_Init State_ClaimReservation 0
StateChanged State_NotLoggedIn State_ClaimReservation 0

P.S Все таки с 20 попытки можно зайти
Всем доброго времени суток, я столкнулся со следующей проблемой: Когда я попытался в очередной раз внести правки в файлы Startup, StartServer (В первом я изменил количество игроков с 20 на 64. Во втором (в первом файле также изменил) решил поменять название сервера добавив приписку [2XP] (double experience points) к названию сервера, после внесения изменения и сохранения файлов я закрыл сам Battlefield 3 Server и ZServer, далее заново запустил ZServer и запустил файл StartServer.
По привычке полез в 34H Launcher и пошёл искать свой сервер в списке, но вот незадача! В списке его не было, потом пообщавшись со более менее понимающим в плане серверов человеком выяснилось, сервер offline, а как сделать назад что бы online ни я ни он не поняли.
После произошедшего я решил скачать ещё один сервер для проверки работоспособности, после загрузки и настройки меня поджидала новая ошибка, показав её тому самому человеку он кратко высказался на её счёт: «не знаю».
Я тоже ни чего не понял, если у кого нибудь из читающих это есть какие либо рекомендации или готовые решения по поводу возвращения сервера в статус «online», или же про вторую ошибку то, пожалуйста помогите мне!

Issues with ZLOrigin (ZLOemu)
Hello, I just got myself a new PC and was looking towards getting sims 4 again for it. At this point I have my own internet (xfinity) and I’m fully aware that I’ll get notifications if I torrent, so I was wanting to try out ZLOrigin
The only issue is while reading the guide it told me to go into the New Login folder inside Zclient, was told to double click ZLOEmu, it just takes me to an error page. I’m going to assume this would mean that the servers are down as I read, however does anyone know for how long? I know there’s a dicord, but can someone provide a link to said discord?

I don’t know if the server is down or something, but suddenly I can’t connect to my Zclient. Everything works fine not until now/today. My internet works fine, I already checked and did little troubleshoot but still says «can’t connect». If anyone knows the problem or any more way to troubleshoot Zclient «can’t connect» would be grateful. Thanks.

I already have the sims 4 all the way up to get together before I decided to go ahead and try the zlorigin method. Now whenever their servers are finally running, could I still use my sims 4 and just use zlorigin to download the rest of the dlc I’m missing?

You could try moving the install folder of your existing Sims 4 installation, under C:Program files (x86)Origin Games, which is the default location for ZLOrigin installs, incidentally. However, I am not sure if ZLOrigin will «recognize» that installation. See
this comment here
for an analysis of the issue.
Origin/ZLOrigin basically don’t work like Steam. In Steam you can freely move folders in and out and the client will recognize the game. But if you move game-install folders into the Origin/ZLOrigin, they may not be recognized. Feel free to try it yourself though.
Either way, if it doesn’t work, the ZLOrigin will just re-download the entire game plus DLC, so that should be fine as well (unless you are on a limited data plan).

Ahhhh, I see. Well I suppose I could try doing that, would help with the headache of redownloading stuff if it works, but I understand if I have to redownload stuff again

Apparently the site zloemu.tk is no longer functioning, reason why you can’t connect.
To circumvent the problem you need a new Zclient folder
1. Delete your existing folder Zclient
2. Switch off your anti-virus for the moment
3. Download the new Zclient folder HERE
4. Extract with Winrar
5. In the new folder click on Zclient.exe, use your existing inlog details
6. Most probably 1st login will fail, in that case try again.
Some web-browsers classify this downlod as being dangerous. Believe me, it’s absolutely harmless.
Login to ZLOrigin.
You’ll see a message, ignore it and go to My Games.
Unfortunately the new Zclient folder does not contain a folder New Login, so these instructions can only be used by existing Zclient users.

i can also confirm that zclient / zlOrigin works after adding what was suggested by @Mick Danger.
but i have run into an issue that i so far cant fix. so i have to warn, dont try downloading / updating or repairing game.
when i logged in i saw there was a sims 4 update waiting so i clicked update and the update failed. it then greyed out my sims 4 photo and gave no play option.
i then tried to restart zlOrigin and it was still greyed out. so i tried to repair the game, and that also failed, so now my game doesnt work. i’m waiting for a response on discord as to what it might be.
but i can confirm that just playing games without updating does work, after my sims 4 fail, i tried starting the sims 3 and it worked, i also tried starting the sims 2 ultimate collection and it also worked. so im sure the sims 4 will work as well «IF YOU DONT TRY TO UPDATE».
I will post back if i find out that this is just an issue only affecting me, or if these features requiring downloading no longer work.
i dont know anything about servers and stuff like that, but im guessing the emulation and forwarding connection from Origin to Zclient are still working fine, but maybe due to the servers being suspended, downloading isnt. but im just guessing here. will post back when i know more.

After I deleted ZLOrigin and re-installed it again, The Sims 4 were updated without fail.

I just commented out the ip’s I added in my hosts file, then simply dropped the new ZL exe posted here in my original ZL folder, and everything worked fine. No real «reinstall» needed.

I just added the above entries to the hosts-file, went to the (existing) folder ZClient, deleted everything there except ZClient.exe. Started up the ZClient.exe, it downloaded fresh files, closed itself, then I opened ZClient.exe again.
Logged in with my credentials, and everything works fine for me that way; also downloaded that intermediary 1.43.14.1020 patch now.

Thanks for the suggestions everything works great. Although I have another question, is this fix specifically just to allow Zclient to connect even when the server is down? but this does not actually let you download the latest updates and pack releases like the Sims 4 Seasons when it comes out? if so does anyone know an alternative way of downloading the Seasons pack once it comes out? Sorry for being impulsive just so hype on the Seasons update. Haha.

incase you didnt already know, i have some info to help with troubleshooting purposes with issues such as i mentioned above. let me recap.
i tried to update the sims 4 and the update failed. resulting in my sims 4 image in zlOrigin to become greyed out and the play option to become disabled. i had tried to repair game, but in my case that also failed.
but anyway, now you get the idea if anyone mentions that their game photo is greyed out and they dont have a play option.
the fix is easy.
all that needs to be done is select repair game again, but cancel it after a few seconds. this will correct the photo’s colors and return the play option back to the game.

Why would ZClient allow you to connect, but then not allow you to download anything…?
The above fix with the hosts-file «re-directs» requests sent to zloemu.tk, to the IP-address given above. It is possible that a domain is taken down (here the zloemu.tk), but the actual server may still be running. Those two things are usually separated. If the domain is taken down, you could still try accessing the actual server by using an IP-address … which is what the above hosts-file fix does.
Or you use the new ZClient folder that Tarac posted. Both solutions are working, but in the longterm it may be advisable to fetch the «fixed» ZClient-folder, and then delete the entries from the hosts-file relating to ZLOEmu. In case they are moving to a new server in the future, the entries from the hosts-file may become obsolete then.

I downloaded the Zclient ZIP linked above, and connected with my account and worked fine. Haven’t tested ZLOrigin though. Also is this the correct configuration for the ‘host’ file?

yes, as you did, was all that was needed. (pasting at the bottom)
Just be sure that when you save it, it gets saved as hosts (with no extension) and not hosts.txt. which has happened to me when i used notepad in windows 10.
when i saved it also made me save to a new directory (Documents)
so after saving i had to go into windows explorer click the view button (located near the top of window) then select «show file extension» or something like that.
then goto my documents folder and check the file which in my case was hosts.txt which i just had to rename to hosts deleting the .txt extension.
copy the file back to C:WindowsSystem32driversetc and overwrite the existing file

Hi, first of all the problem I have not only affects the ZlOrigin but also the ZClient. Yesterday I reinstalled both programs since I finally have the other hard disk for more space for the games. I installed them without any problem until I tried to download The Sims 3, I fixed the problem by closing everything and reinstalling the ZlOrigin as recommended in the FAQ since it is a common error and I usually get it when I spend a lot of time without touching the application. After that I started having trouble downloading because it said that there was a problem with the internet, I closed the application and tried to download again. This time the download start without problem although I always download below 700kb, being that before I downloaded above 1mb and I have not changed my internet on the contrary I am receiving more. Yesterday I had to pause the download and today I entered to continue it, it started without problem until I began to see that the download speed was lowering, I decided to pause it and then resume after a minute, the download tried to resume and then close the download window, the ZlOrign and then ZClient. I opened the programs again, ZClient always opens as an administrator while ZlOrigin I had to open as or without administrator; even doing it this way the problem continued, the download came to a certain speed and then went down and closed without resuming the download, I paused it or let it be, both programs ended up closing completely. I deleted the cache of the ZlOrigin, uninstalled it and installed, uninstalled and installed the ZClient, I made sure to have the Origin activated and everything closed but the problem continues. Currently if I open the programs after a few minutes they both close from one without having anything downloading, just for having them open.
I hope someone can help me with this problem, it’s the first time I’ve encountered this problem and from what I could see there are no other similar cases or maybe I haven’t been able to find the post. If you can help me giving me ideas to solve the error or giving me the link to some post where you had the same problem and got a solution, I would appreciate it.

Buenas, en primer lugar el problema que tengo no sólo afecta al ZlOrigin sino también al ZClient. Ayer reinstalé ambos programas ya que finalmente tengo el otro disco duro para más espacio para los juegos. Los instalé sin ningún problema hasta que intenté descargar Los Sims 3, arreglé el problema cerrando todo y reinstalando el ZlOrigin como se recomienda en las FAQ ya que es un error muy común y que suelo tener cuando paso mucho tiempo sin tocar la aplicación. Después de eso empecé a tener problemas para descargar porque decía que había un problema con Internet, cerré la aplicación e intenté descargar de nuevo. Esta vez la descarga comenzó sin problemas aunque siempre bajo de 700kb, siendo que antes bajé por encima de 1mb y no he cambiado mi internet por el contrario estoy recibiendo más. Ayer tuve que pausar la descarga y hoy entré a continuarla, comenzó sin problema hasta que empecé a ver que la velocidad de descarga bajaba, decidí pausarla y luego reanudarla después de un minuto, la descarga intentó reanudarse y luego cerrar la ventana de descarga, el ZlOrign y luego el ZClient. Volví a abrir los programas, ZClient siempre se abre como administrador mientras que ZlOrigin tuve que abrirlo como administrador o sin administrador; aún haciéndolo así el problema continuó, la descarga llegó a cierta velocidad y luego bajó y se cerró sin reanudar la descarga, lo pausé o lo dejé, ambos programas terminaron cerrándose completamente. Borré el caché del ZlOrigin, lo desinstalé e instalé, desinstalé e instalé el ZClient, me aseguré de tener el Origen activado y todo se cerró pero el problema continúa. Actualmente si abro los programas después de unos minutos ambos se cierran de uno sin tener nada descargado, solo por tenerlos abiertos.
Espero que alguien pueda ayudarme con este problema, es la primera vez que me encuentro con este problema y por lo que pude ver no hay otros casos similares o tal vez no he podido encontrar el post. Si puedes ayudarme dándome ideas para resolver el error o dándome el enlace a algún post en el que hayas tenido el mismo problema y hayas conseguido una solución, te lo agradecería.

После обновления 11.05.2021 клиент BF3 перестал запускаться а именно игра закрывает через 5/10 сек после запуска, до обновления такого не было все уже переставил, на винду и антивирус не грешу т.к обновы отрублены дефендер отключен под корень, сам сборщик пк и в софте шарю, уже все перепробовал все перестало работать именно после обновления лаунчера 11 числа, переставил и сервисы и лаунчер и игру саму толку 0.
Hi there. I’m having issue regarding bf3 multiplayer while i login and start launcher. when i click to join any server, nothing happens.
Issue started yesterday after update in ZClient. I tried to play but I couldn’t. meanwhile i saw a video on youtube and deleted my registeration file, which comes in .dlf form. after that I start getting INVALID TOKEN ERROR on my launcher when i try to play game. DGR01609245.dlf is file i use. (probably this id is associated to a different player). so, issue is,
1> in LICENSE folder if i keep that file (DGR01609245.dlf), I can start game for some seconds and then it says INVALID TOKEN 3 15-1.
2> If i remove that file, it doesn’t let me start game.

PS: for this file name, DGR01609245 < if it associates to a specific player, I know my own 6 digit number, which shows up if i login normally, (in past).

Are there any servers on zlo for assignment unlocking of BF3?
If there are none, then can anyone help me setup a server for assignment unlocking. I know how to start a server but I don’t know how to setup a server for assignment unlocking (server commands).
При заходе на сервер очень часто возникает такая ситуация:
Подключаешься на сервер, открывается процесс игры, после того как пропадает Joined Server, процесс игры также завершается с таким логом:

Всем доброго времени суток, я столкнулся со следующей проблемой: Когда я попытался в очередной раз внести правки в файлы Startup, StartServer (В первом я изменил количество игроков с 20 на 64. Во втором (в первом файле также изменил) решил поменять название сервера добавив приписку [2XP] (double experience points) к названию сервера, после внесения изменения и сохранения файлов я закрыл сам Battlefield 3 Server и ZServer, далее заново запустил ZServer и запустил файл StartServer.
По привычке полез в 34H Launcher и пошёл искать свой сервер в списке, но вот незадача! В списке его не было, потом пообщавшись со более менее понимающим в плане серверов человеком выяснилось, сервер offline, а как сделать назад что бы online ни я ни он не поняли.
После произошедшего я решил скачать ещё один сервер для проверки работоспособности, после загрузки и настройки меня поджидала новая ошибка, показав её тому самому человеку он кратко высказался на её счёт: «не знаю».
Я тоже ни чего не понял, если у кого нибудь из читающих это есть какие либо рекомендации или готовые решения по поводу возвращения сервера в статус «online», или же про вторую ошибку то, пожалуйста помогите мне!

Issues with ZLOrigin (ZLOemu)
Hello, I just got myself a new PC and was looking towards getting sims 4 again for it. At this point I have my own internet (xfinity) and I’m fully aware that I’ll get notifications if I torrent, so I was wanting to try out ZLOrigin
The only issue is while reading the guide it told me to go into the New Login folder inside Zclient, was told to double click ZLOEmu, it just takes me to an error page. I’m going to assume this would mean that the servers are down as I read, however does anyone know for how long? I know there’s a dicord, but can someone provide a link to said discord?

I don’t know if the server is down or something, but suddenly I can’t connect to my Zclient. Everything works fine not until now/today. My internet works fine, I already checked and did little troubleshoot but still says «can’t connect». If anyone knows the problem or any more way to troubleshoot Zclient «can’t connect» would be grateful. Thanks.

I already have the sims 4 all the way up to get together before I decided to go ahead and try the zlorigin method. Now whenever their servers are finally running, could I still use my sims 4 and just use zlorigin to download the rest of the dlc I’m missing?

You could try moving the install folder of your existing Sims 4 installation, under C:Program files (x86)Origin Games, which is the default location for ZLOrigin installs, incidentally. However, I am not sure if ZLOrigin will «recognize» that installation. See
this comment here
for an analysis of the issue.
Origin/ZLOrigin basically don’t work like Steam. In Steam you can freely move folders in and out and the client will recognize the game. But if you move game-install folders into the Origin/ZLOrigin, they may not be recognized. Feel free to try it yourself though.
Either way, if it doesn’t work, the ZLOrigin will just re-download the entire game plus DLC, so that should be fine as well (unless you are on a limited data plan).

You could try moving the install folder of your existing Sims 4 installation, under C:Program files (x86)Origin Games, which is the default location for ZLOrigin installs, incidentally. However, I am not sure if ZLOrigin will «recognize» that installation. See

Origin/ZLOrigin basically don’t work like Steam. In Steam you can freely move folders in and out and the client will recognize the game. But if you move game-install folders into the Origin/ZLOrigin, they may not be recognized. Feel free to try it yourself though.
Either way, if it doesn’t work, the ZLOrigin will just re-download the entire game plus DLC, so that should be fine as well (unless you are on a limited data plan).
Ahhhh, I see. Well I suppose I could try doing that, would help with the headache of redownloading stuff if it works, but I understand if I have to redownload stuff again

Apparently the site zloemu.tk is no longer functioning, reason why you can’t connect.
To circumvent the problem you need a new Zclient folder
1. Delete your existing folder Zclient
2. Switch off your anti-virus for the moment
3. Download the new Zclient folder HERE
4. Extract with Winrar
5. In the new folder click on Zclient.exe, use your existing inlog details
6. Most probably 1st login will fail, in that case try again.
Some web-browsers classify this downlod as being dangerous. Believe me, it’s absolutely harmless.
Login to ZLOrigin.
You’ll see a message, ignore it and go to My Games.
Unfortunately the new Zclient folder does not contain a folder New Login, so these instructions can only be used by existing Zclient users.

i can also confirm that zclient / zlOrigin works after adding what was suggested by @Mick Danger.
but i have run into an issue that i so far cant fix. so i have to warn, dont try downloading / updating or repairing game.
when i logged in i saw there was a sims 4 update waiting so i clicked update and the update failed. it then greyed out my sims 4 photo and gave no play option.
i then tried to restart zlOrigin and it was still greyed out. so i tried to repair the game, and that also failed, so now my game doesnt work. i’m waiting for a response on discord as to what it might be.
but i can confirm that just playing games without updating does work, after my sims 4 fail, i tried starting the sims 3 and it worked, i also tried starting the sims 2 ultimate collection and it also worked. so im sure the sims 4 will work as well «IF YOU DONT TRY TO UPDATE».
I will post back if i find out that this is just an issue only affecting me, or if these features requiring downloading no longer work.

After I deleted ZLOrigin and re-installed it again, The Sims 4 were updated without fail.

I just commented out the ip’s I added in my hosts file, then simply dropped the new ZL exe posted here in my original ZL folder, and everything worked fine. No real «reinstall» needed.

I just added the above entries to the hosts-file, went to the (existing) folder ZClient, deleted everything there except ZClient.exe. Started up the ZClient.exe, it downloaded fresh files, closed itself, then I opened ZClient.exe again.
Logged in with my credentials, and everything works fine for me that way; also downloaded that intermediary 1.43.14.1020 patch now.
Simplicity, over fanciness.

Thanks for the suggestions everything works great. Although I have another question, is this fix specifically just to allow Zclient to connect even when the server is down? but this does not actually let you download the latest updates and pack releases like the Sims 4 Seasons when it comes out? if so does anyone know an alternative way of downloading the Seasons pack once it comes out? Sorry for being impulsive just so hype on the Seasons update. Haha.

incase you didnt already know, i have some info to help with troubleshooting purposes with issues such as i mentioned above. let me recap.
i tried to update the sims 4 and the update failed. resulting in my sims 4 image in zlOrigin to become greyed out and the play option to become disabled. i had tried to repair game, but in my case that also failed.
but anyway, now you get the idea if anyone mentions that their game photo is greyed out and they dont have a play option.
the fix is easy.
all that needs to be done is select repair game again, but cancel it after a few seconds. this will correct the photo’s colors and return the play option back to the game.

Why would ZClient allow you to connect, but then not allow you to download anything…?
The above fix with the hosts-file «re-directs» requests sent to zloemu.tk, to the IP-address given above. It is possible that a domain is taken down (here the zloemu.tk), but the actual server may still be running. Those two things are usually separated. If the domain is taken down, you could still try accessing the actual server by using an IP-address … which is what the above hosts-file fix does.
Or you use the new ZClient folder that Tarac posted. Both solutions are working, but in the longterm it may be advisable to fetch the «fixed» ZClient-folder, and then delete the entries from the hosts-file relating to ZLOEmu. In case they are moving to a new server in the future, the entries from the hosts-file may become obsolete then.

I downloaded the Zclient ZIP linked above, and connected with my account and worked fine. Haven’t tested ZLOrigin though. Also is this the correct configuration for the ‘host’ file?

yes, as you did, was all that was needed. (pasting at the bottom)
Just be sure that when you save it, it gets saved as hosts (with no extension) and not hosts.txt. which has happened to me when i used notepad in windows 10.
when i saved it also made me save to a new directory (Documents)
so after saving i had to go into windows explorer click the view button (located near the top of window) then select «show file extension» or something like that.
then goto my documents folder and check the file which in my case was hosts.txt which i just had to rename to hosts deleting the .txt extension.
copy the file back to C:WindowsSystem32driversetc and overwrite the existing file

Hi, first of all the problem I have not only affects the ZlOrigin but also the ZClient. Yesterday I reinstalled both programs since I finally have the other hard disk for more space for the games. I installed them without any problem until I tried to download The Sims 3, I fixed the problem by closing everything and reinstalling the ZlOrigin as recommended in the FAQ since it is a common error and I usually get it when I spend a lot of time without touching the application. After that I started having trouble downloading because it said that there was a problem with the internet, I closed the application and tried to download again. This time the download start without problem although I always download below 700kb, being that before I downloaded above 1mb and I have not changed my internet on the contrary I am receiving more. Yesterday I had to pause the download and today I entered to continue it, it started without problem until I began to see that the download speed was lowering, I decided to pause it and then resume after a minute, the download tried to resume and then close the download window, the ZlOrign and then ZClient. I opened the programs again, ZClient always opens as an administrator while ZlOrigin I had to open as or without administrator; even doing it this way the problem continued, the download came to a certain speed and then went down and closed without resuming the download, I paused it or let it be, both programs ended up closing completely. I deleted the cache of the ZlOrigin, uninstalled it and installed, uninstalled and installed the ZClient, I made sure to have the Origin activated and everything closed but the problem continues. Currently if I open the programs after a few minutes they both close from one without having anything downloading, just for having them open.
I hope someone can help me with this problem, it’s the first time I’ve encountered this problem and from what I could see there are no other similar cases or maybe I haven’t been able to find the post. If you can help me giving me ideas to solve the error or giving me the link to some post where you had the same problem and got a solution, I would appreciate it.

Buenas, en primer lugar el problema que tengo no sólo afecta al ZlOrigin sino también al ZClient. Ayer reinstalé ambos programas ya que finalmente tengo el otro disco duro para más espacio para los juegos. Los instalé sin ningún problema hasta que intenté descargar Los Sims 3, arreglé el problema cerrando todo y reinstalando el ZlOrigin como se recomienda en las FAQ ya que es un error muy común y que suelo tener cuando paso mucho tiempo sin tocar la aplicación. Después de eso empecé a tener problemas para descargar porque decía que había un problema con Internet, cerré la aplicación e intenté descargar de nuevo. Esta vez la descarga comenzó sin problemas aunque siempre bajo de 700kb, siendo que antes bajé por encima de 1mb y no he cambiado mi internet por el contrario estoy recibiendo más. Ayer tuve que pausar la descarga y hoy entré a continuarla, comenzó sin problema hasta que empecé a ver que la velocidad de descarga bajaba, decidí pausarla y luego reanudarla después de un minuto, la descarga intentó reanudarse y luego cerrar la ventana de descarga, el ZlOrign y luego el ZClient. Volví a abrir los programas, ZClient siempre se abre como administrador mientras que ZlOrigin tuve que abrirlo como administrador o sin administrador; aún haciéndolo así el problema continuó, la descarga llegó a cierta velocidad y luego bajó y se cerró sin reanudar la descarga, lo pausé o lo dejé, ambos programas terminaron cerrándose completamente. Borré el caché del ZlOrigin, lo desinstalé e instalé, desinstalé e instalé el ZClient, me aseguré de tener el Origen activado y todo se cerró pero el problema continúa. Actualmente si abro los programas después de unos minutos ambos se cierran de uno sin tener nada descargado, solo por tenerlos abiertos.
Espero que alguien pueda ayudarme con este problema, es la primera vez que me encuentro con este problema y por lo que pude ver no hay otros casos similares o tal vez no he podido encontrar el post. Si puedes ayudarme dándome ideas para resolver el error o dándome el enlace a algún post en el que hayas tenido el mismo problema y hayas conseguido una solución, te lo agradecería.

Zimbra ERROR zclient IO ERROR
When we get the following error:
[] INFO: I/O exception (java.net.ConnectException) caught when processing request: Connection refused
[] INFO: Retrying request
ERROR: zclient.IO_ERROR (invoke Connection refused, server: localhost) (cause: java.net.ConnectException Connection refused)we cannot execute any Zimbra zmprov commands. This is devastating since Zimbra Admin users use Zimbra CLI a lot.
In this article, let us see how our Support Engineers fix the error.
What is Zimbra zmprov?
The zmprov tool performs all provisioning tasks in Zimbra LDAP. It includes, creating accounts, aliases, domains, COS, distribution lists, and calendar resources.
Generally, each operation is invoked through the command-line options, each of which has a long name and a short name.
What causes the error
The major cause of this error is when Zimbra zmprov is not configured to get results from LDAP. To fix this, we need to set zimbra_zmprov_default_to_ldap to TRUE.
This will make sure all the zmprov commands get replies from LDAP server.
How to fix Zimbra ERROR zclient IO ERROR
- We do a checking for the setting of zimbra_zmprov_default_to_ldap to be sure.
$ zmlocalconfig |grep zmprov
zimbra_zmprov_default_soap_server = localhost
zimbra_zmprov_default_to_ldap = false
zmprov_safeguarded_attrs = zimbraServiceEnabled,zimbraServiceInstalled
zmprov_tmp_directory = ${zimbra_tmp_directory}/zmprov- If set to false, we reconfigure it to have the true flag. This will enable the setting.
$ zmlocalconfig -e zimbra_zmprov_default_to_ldap=true- Then we recheck the settings:
$ zmlocalconfig |grep zmprov
zimbra_zmprov_default_soap_server = localhost
zimbra_zmprov_default_to_ldap = true
zmprov_safeguarded_attrs = zimbraServiceEnabled,zimbraServiceInstalled
zmprov_tmp_directory = ${zimbra_tmp_directory}/zmprov- Now we try to execute any zmprov commands and see if it’s working fine.

zimbraServiceEnabled: dnscacheIf this does not solve the problem, we try changing the zimbra_zmprov_default_soap_server to the IP address of our Mailbox server.
The setting will look like this.
$ zmlocalconfig -e zimbra_zmprov_default_soap_server=ip-address- We have to execute the command using ‘zmprov -l’ instead of just ‘zmprov’ until mailboxd is running again. This will directly query the ldap server.

При установке и использовании Carbonio CE администраторы могут столкнуться с неожиданными проблемами, которые могут сказаться на корректной работе и удобстве использования почтового сервера, но при этом практически никак не зависят от разработчиков Carbonio. В данной статье мы собрали несколько советов о том, как решить большую часть подобных проблем. Также мы расскажем о том, как корректно установить и настроить новый сервис Carbonio Files, позволяющий пользователям хранить файлы на сервере Carbonio CE.
1. Недостоверный сертификат
При установке Carbonio CE автоматически создается самоподписанный SSL-сертификат, который необходим для установки зашифрованного https-соединения с сервером и обеспечения конфиденциальной работы с календарями и электронной почтой. В результате, при попытке входа в веб-клиент Carbonio CE во всех современных браузерах появляется предупреждение о ненадежности используемого SSL-сертификата. И хотя это предупреждение можно обойти, но оно все равно будет появляться раз в сутки и раздражать пользователей.
Избавиться от данного предупреждения можно двумя путями — установив коммерческий доверенный сертификат, либо добавив уже выпущенный самоподписанный в хранилище доверенных.
A. Для выпуска коммерческого сертификата вам потребуется создать CSR с информацией о вашей компании и сервере с помощью команды вида:
/opt/zextras/bin/zmcertmgr createcsr comm -new -subject "/C=RU/ST=Tverskaya/L=Tver/O='My Company Inc'/CN=mail.example.ru"
и с его помощью выпустите коммерческий сертификат.
Также CSR можно создать и в консоли администратора
После получения файлов сертификата выполните следующие команды:
cat TrustedRoot.crt DigiCertCA.crt > /tmp/commercial_ca.crt
cp mail.example.ru.crt /tmp/commercial.crt
/opt/zextras/bin/zmcertmgr verifycrt comm opt/zextras/ssl/carbonio/commercial/commercial.key /tmp/commercial.crt /tmp/commercial_ca.crt
/opt/zextras/bin/zmcertmgr deploycrt comm /tmp/commercial.crt /tmp/commercial_ca.crt
С помощью этих команд мы объединяем информацию о центрах сертификации в единый файл; добавляем к ним сертификат домена; верифицируем файлы сертификатов, которые собираемся установить и после успешно пройденной проверки устанавливаем их.
B. Для того, чтобы добавить самоподписанный сертификат в хранилище доверенных нужно на сервере с Carbonio CE выполнить следующие команды:
sudo su
cd /opt/zimbra/ssl/zimbra/ca
openssl x509 -in ca.pem -outform DER -out /tmp/carbonio.cer
После выполнения этих команд в папке /tmp/ появится файл SSL-сертификата carbonio.cer, который можно, обладая правами администратора установить в «Доверенные корневые центры сертификации» Windows как вручную, так и через групповые политики. После этого предупреждение о потенциальной угрозе пропадет на компьютерах, где был добавлен самоподписанный сертификат Carbonio CE.
2. Мобильное приложение не подключается к серверу
У Carbonio CE есть мобильное приложение Carbonio Mail, которое позволяет работать с почтой и календарями на мобильном устройстве. Однако при попытке войти в учетную запись на Android оно может отобразить ошибку со следующим содержанием:
java.security.cert.CertPathValidatorExecption: Trust anchor for certification path not found.
На iOS приложение может просто сообщить об ошибке аутентификации.
Причиной таких ошибок также является использование самоподписанного SSL-сертификата. В отличие от Windows, мобильные устройства как правило не поддерживают добавление самоподписанных сертификатов в доверенные хранилища, поэтому решить эту проблему можно только установкой валидного коммерческого сертификата.
3. Carbonio CE не запускается и нет возможности сменить пароль пользователя
При установке Carbonio CE на сервер с доменным именем mail.example.ru автоматически создается почтовый домен example.ru и пользователь zextras@example.ru с правами глобального администратора. При этом пароль учетной записи zextras@example.ru генерируется автоматически и узнать его невозможно. Для того, чтобы осуществить вход с использованием этой учетной записи необходимо сменить пароль. Для этого используются команды
sudo su - zextras
carbonio prov setPassword zextras@example.ru P@$$w0rD
При вводе первой команды осуществляется вход от лица системного пользователя zextras, который создается во время установки Carbonio CE, а при вводе второй команды для пользователя zextras@example.ru устанавливается пароль P@$$w0rD.
Однако у ряда пользователей возникает проблема, при которой в ответ на команду о смене пароля они получают сообщение об ошибке: ERROR: zclient.IO_ERROR (invoke Connection refused, server: localhost) (cause: java.net.ConnectException Connection refused). Также при попытке перезапуска Carbonio CE возникает следующее сообщение об ошибке:
$ zmcontrol startHost localhostConnect: Unable to determine enabled services from ldap.Unable to determine enabled services. Cache is out of date or doesn't exist.
Такое поведение встречается в случаях, когда пользователь пытается начать пользоваться Carbonio CE сразу после установки, не выполнив необходимую для первоначальной настройки команду sudo carbonio-bootstrap. После ее выполнения сервер начинает работать в штатном режиме.
4. Ошибка при установке Carbonio Files
В февральском обновлении появилась поддержка Carbonio Files — частного хранилища файлов, тесно интегрированного с Carbonio CE. Оно позволяет пользователям хранить необходимые файлы на сервере Carbonio CE, получать доступ к ним с помощью веб-клиента и мобильного приложения. Также Carbonio Files позволяет предоставлять безопасно доступ к файлам своим коллегам и даже внешним пользователям.
Процесс установки модуля Carbonio Files делится на три этапа
A. Установка и настройка Carbonio Mesh
Carbonio Mesh — это платформа, которая позволяет обеспечить безопасное взаимодействие между сервером Carbonio CE и различными модулями. Для его установки и настройки выполните команду sudo service-discover setup-wizard. В ходе ее выполнения вам потребуется указать IP-адрес, на котором будет работать Carbonio Mesh и пароль учетных данных кластера.
При выполнении настройки Carbonio Mesh может возникнуть ошибка service-discover: error: hostname ‘mail.example.ru‘ is resolving with loopback address, should resolve with LAN address. Эта ошибка свидетельствует о том, что в вашем файле /etc/hosts помимо добавленной записи о доменном имени вида 10.0.1.78 mail.example.ru mail также присутствует запись 127.0.1.1 mail.example.ru mail. Такое бывает, когда вы задаете доменное имя сервера прямо во время установки Ubuntu 20.04. Чтобы это исправить, сделайте бэкап cp /etc/hosts /etc/hosts.backup, удалите строку 127.0.1.1 mail.example.ru mail и сохраните файл.
После этого процесс настройки Carbonio Mesh пройдет успешно. Отметим, что пароль учетных данных кластера впоследствии невозможно будет посмотреть, поэтому рекомендуем сохранить его в надежном месте, чтобы не забыть.
B. Установка и настройка PostreSQL

С помощью приведенных выше команд осуществляется установка PostgreSQL, создание базы данных для Carbonio Files и суперпользователя, который является ее владельцем.
C. Установка Carbonio Files
Для установки Carbonio Files используйте следующую команду:
sudo apt-get install carbonio-storages-ce carbonio-files-ce carbonio-files-db carbonio-user-management carbonio-files-ui
По окончании установки, в соответствии с текстом предупреждения, выполните команду sudo pending-setups для настройки Carbonio Files.
После этого свяжите Carbonio Files с соответствующей базой данных в PostgreSQL при помощи команды PGPASSWORD=P@$$w0rD carbonio-files-db-bootstrap carbonio-files-adm 127.0.0.1, где P@$$w0rD — это пароль учетной записи суперпользователя PostgreSQL, который мы указывали ранее.
После этого в веб-клиенте Carbonio CE появится новый раздел Files, в который можно загружать файлы.
5. Миграция файлов из OneDrive и Google Drive в Carbonio Files.
Миграция данных из облачных хранилищ в Carbonio Files на данный момент возможна только в ручном режиме. В ходе такой миграции будут перенесены только файлы, хранящиеся в OneDrive и Google Drive; структура папок и метаданные файлов. Настройки общего доступа и история изменений файлов перенесена не будет.
В случае с Google Drive для миграции будет использоваться сервис Google Takeout. Он позволяет экспортировать файлы из Google Drive в виде zip-архива.
После того как экспорт будет завершен, файлы можно будет перенести в Carbonio Files простым drag-n-drop. Отметим, что при этом не копируются вложенные папки и файлы из них. Поэтому для сохранения структуры папок необходимо будет воссоздать ее вручную и в каждую папку перенести файлы из соответствующего каталога.
В случае с OneDrive для миграции будет использоваться приложение OneDrive для Windows. Отметим, что для этой цели подойдет только классическое приложение OneDrive, приложение OneDrive из Microsoft Store не подойдет.
После входа в приложение OneDrive вам будет предложено выбрать папку, в которую будут синхронизироваться файлы из OneDrive. Перейдите в эту папку на компьютере, в ней находятся готовые для переноса в Carbonio Files файлы.
Как и в случае с Google Drive, вы можете просто перетащить файлы на страничку с открытым Carbonio Files. Вложенные папки и файлы таким образом не копируются.
